Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to War Trades and WAR TRADES FZCO ("Company") and governs the collection, protection and use of personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and other relevant international standards.
By accessing or using any War Trades services, websites, applications, communication channels or communities, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use War Trades services.
Collection of Your Personal Information
War Trades collects only the information necessary to provide our services effectively, maintain platform security, verify members and comply with legal requirements. The types of personal information we may collect include:
- Contact information such as your name, email address and phone number
- Account and login information you provide during registration and onboarding
- Identity verification data where required for fraud prevention or compliance
- Payment-related information processed via third-party providers (we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers)

- Communications you send to War Trades support, concierge or interview teams
- Limited usage and interaction data inside the community, used only for safety, moderation and compliance purposes
- Referral information when you join through our Private Invite System or identify another member as your referrer
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data unless required for compliance reasons and with your knowledge.
Use of Your Personal Information
The Company uses your personal information to:
- Provide and manage access to War Trades services, communities and content
- Verify your identity and eligibility for membership and interviews

Children Under Thirteen
War Trades does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information and, where appropriate, terminate the associated account.
