Agreement Between User and War Trades

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any part of War Trades ("WT"), including our membership, network, services, coaching, communities, or events, you ("Member", "User", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not join or access War Trades.

War Trades is operated by WAR TRADES FZCO, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms govern your use of all War Trades properties, online and offline.

Service Overview

War Trades is a private, invite-only networking community that provides education, access and connection to vetted entrepreneurs, high earners, founders, investors, traders and industry insiders. We provide:

• Private community and communication channels
• Education in markets, business, crypto, real estate and wealth-building
• Access to vetted mentors, partners and service providers
• Events, calls and opportunities made available at our discretion
• Concierge support for onboarding and member assistance

War Trades is an educational and networking environment. Nothing we provide is a guarantee of results or a promise of profits.

Eligibility, Vetting and Interview Process

War Trades is an interview-based private network. By applying or purchasing access, you agree to complete our vetting and interview process. Entry is not automatic.

We may request information to verify your identity, background, intent and compliance. War Trades reserves the right to accept, deny or remove any applicant or member at its sole discretion.

If you do not pass the interview, your membership fee will be refunded in full. If you misrepresent yourself, provide false information or attempt to join for malicious or non-compliant reasons, War Trades may refuse or terminate access without refund.

Membership and Payments

Membership fees and renewal amounts are displayed at checkout. By completing payment, you authorize War Trades and its payment processors to charge the method you provide for the agreed amounts, including any recurring renewals if applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are valid and that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method. War Trades may suspend or terminate access for failed, reversed or fraudulent payments.

Refund Policy and Risk-Free Guarantee

War Trades offers a conditional 6-month "risk-free" refund guarantee from the date of your initial activation. This guarantee is designed to protect serious members who act in good faith.

You may request a refund within this period if:

• You have complied with all Terms, rules and NDAs
• You have not leaked, copied, redistributed or disclosed War Trades content, intel or member information
• You have not used War Trades for illegal, abusive or unethical purposes
• You submit a genuine request through official support channels

If you violate confidentiality, the NDA, our rules or any applicable law, the refund guarantee is immediately void. War Trades may request reasonable information to review your eligibility before processing a refund. Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

As a condition of membership, all members agree to strict confidentiality regarding War Trades, its content, communication channels and members. A separate NDA may be presented for signature, but your participation itself constitutes consent to these confidentiality obligations.

You agree that you will NOT, under any circumstance:

• Share, leak or publish internal chats, calls, screenshots, recordings or materials
• Reveal the identity, location or personal details of any member without explicit consent
• Resell, repurpose or redistribute War Trades training, structures or resources
• Copy or clone our community design, titles, modules or internal systems
• Expose private deals, opportunities, introductions or negotiations occurring inside War Trades
• Use any internal information to harm, threaten or extort any member or the brand

Any breach of confidentiality or the NDA may result in immediate termination, a permanent ban, loss of any refund rights and potential legal action where applicable.

Member Conduct and Use of the Community

Members are expected to behave with professionalism and respect. You agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against any other member or staff
• Use War Trades to run scams, frauds, pump-and-dump schemes or illegal promotions
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your role, experience or authority
• Spam members with unsolicited offers outside of context
• Attempt to destabilize, defame or damage the War Trades brand or community

War Trades may remove or ban members who create risk, toxicity or reputational damage to the network, with or without notice.

Crypto, Trading and Jurisdiction Compliance

Laws regarding crypto, trading, leverage, derivatives and online business differ from country to country. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws of your jurisdiction.

If crypto trading or specific financial activity is restricted or illegal where you live, you agree not to use War Trades to carry out those activities from that jurisdiction. War Trades does not encourage or permit members to break local law.

We may educate members on operating through compliant corporate structures such as UAE entities, but nothing we say is legal, tax or investment advice. You must consult your own licensed advisors.

No Guarantees or Financial Advice

War Trades provides education, insights, tools and access, not guaranteed results. Your outcomes depend entirely on your decisions, discipline, skills and risk management.

Nothing inside War Trades should be considered financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your choices, trades, investments and business actions.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, text, images, videos, frameworks, documents and software provided by War Trades remain the exclusive property of War Trades and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use War Trades content for your own personal use while you are a member. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit our materials commercially without written permission.

Third-Party Services and Introductions

War Trades may introduce you to third-party service providers, partners, investors, advisors, brokers, agents or other members. We do not control or guarantee the performance of third parties.

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering any agreement or transaction. War Trades is not liable for third-party actions, promises or results.

Termination

War Trades may suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, broken the NDA, engaged in illegal or dangerous conduct, or otherwise pose a risk to the community.

You may cancel your membership according to the instructions provided in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless you qualify under the Refund Policy above.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless War Trades, its founders, officers, employees, partners and members from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Class Action Waiver

Any dispute with War Trades will be handled on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in any class, collective or representative action against War Trades.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to Terms

War Trades may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
